The International School of Curitiba Officially Opens Its New Wildcat Sports and Arts Arena

The new International School of Curitiba (ISC) Wildcat Sports and Arts Arena was opened with a ROAR in March. The giant ribbon draped across the two full sized gyms was cut by Superintendent Bill Pearson and Board President Alex Bellino, officially ushering in a new and exciting future for ISC athletes and students. The Grand Opening, attended by more than 1500 students, parents, staff, and alumni, featured student performances, the ISC cheerleaders, athletic contests, and an art show as well as outdoor activities and food booths. In addition visitors were encouraged to tour the new, state of the art facility. The new sports and arts complex features two full sized basketball courts with Terra Flex flooring, professional basketball hoops and retractable bleachers, 4 digital video displays, a stage and sound booth as well as an entry foyer with food service and kitchen area and upper level mezzanine for special events and art shows.
